Your phone should be:
-Always be charging
-On aeroplane mode or do not disturb mode
-Brightness to the highest
-Orientation lock-off
Your phone should have
-Additional memory
-Clean lense
-Headphones
You need to schedule your charging times
Experiment with shots
Steady footage
Stability, strong posture, strong grip on phone.
Always hold hone horizontally
Buy editing third party apps.
Use lock focus
Get your interview to look at the lens, not the screen.
Get eye line correct
Front camera has better quality
Best headphones for interviews have TRRS: Tip, ring, ring, sleeve (4 sections and eight tracks).
Shots: establishing shot, wide shot, close up.
Edit: cutaways.
